Career Opportunity: Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to support individuals who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries at work.
The ideal candidate will apply their clinical reasoning skills to develop holistic rehabilitation plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Assess clients' needs and create personalized rehabilitation plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including injured employees, employers, medical specialists, and allied health professionals.
- Develop and implement interventions to promote recovery and prevent further injury.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
This role requires strong clinical reasoning, effective communication, and the ability to work autonomously.

What We Are Looking For- Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA).
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Nursing.
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of common goals.
- Passion for helping people rehabilitate and recover from injury.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
