About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to join our Securities & Derivatives Processing team in Melbourne, Australia. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality client service, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of securities and derivatives transactions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and expectations through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of client transactions
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure client satisfaction and transaction efficiency
  • Analyze and resolve complex client issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance client experience and reduce operational risk
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential client concerns and issues
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
