Occupational Therapy Team Manager

MediRecruit is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapy Team Manager to join their multidisciplinary team on the Northern Beaches, NSW.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to take the next step in their career and lead a team of 5 OTs. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for supervising junior therapists, maintaining a caseload tailored to your clinical specialty, and playing an active role in the management of the OT service. The role is predominantly clinic-based with some local home visits.
You will work collaboratively with the Clinic Director and Manager to meet business needs and support client allocation and management of junior staff diaries. Additionally, you will facilitate CPD programs, analyze and report monthly KPIs, and oversee rosters, availability, and leave to ensure sufficient staffing across both clinics.
Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor a team of 5 OTs
- Oversee rosters, availability, and leave
- Facilitate recruitment, including conducting interviews and leading inductions
- Support client allocation and management of junior staff diaries
- Facilitate CPD programs
- Analyze and report monthly KPIs
- Work collaboratively with the Clinic Director and Manager
- $110K-$120K + super
- Leadership opportunity
- Predominantly clinic-based role with some local home visits

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- 5+ years' experience in a therapeutic role
- NDIS experience essential across lifespan
- Experience with mentoring junior staff
- Passionate about the OT profession and ensuring evidence-based practice
- Highly approachable and a good listener
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to build a loyal caseload and balance mentoring requirements
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders
- Current drivers license and own vehicle
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia
