Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapy Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team as a Team Lead. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional occupational therapy services to children aged 0-18 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and mentorship to junior therapists, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration within the team.
- Work closely with the clinic's owner, who is also an OT, to manage the OT service and contribute to the development of evidence-based assessments and therapies.
- Deliver high-quality services in various settings, including clinics, homes, and schools, ensuring seamless integration with other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
- AHPRA registration.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- A current Working with Children Check.
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Current seasonal Influenza vaccination.
- Current COVID vaccination.
