Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic talent development initiatives to enhance business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and develop targeted solutions.
  • Analyse data to inform talent acquisition and development strategies.
  • Design and deliver training programs to upskill and reskill employees.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent development, HR, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent development initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to analyse complex data and develop insights-driven recommendations.
