About the Job

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily workshop operations to ensure efficient day-to-day activities.
  • Manage fleet maintenance and repairs in line with industry accreditation.
  • Coordinate with service providers and internal teams.
  • Prioritize and resolve defect repair requisitions (DRRs).
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Lead and develop a team to maintain performance and safety standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Heavy Diesel qualification with leadership or management training.
  • Experience in truck and trailer maintenance with a strong focus on quality control.
  • Leadership experience in a workshop or fleet environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SAP.
