The successful Electrical Supervisor will lead a team of highly skilled HV Electricians and Communications Technicians responsible for the maintenance and operation of mobile equipment.   • Manage a diverse team of HV Electricians and Communications Technicians.
  • Oversee the maintenance and operation of 55 Komatsu 930E-5 Fleet, Letourneau 1850 Electric Loader, Caterpillar 785-D Watercarts & ancillary fleet, including Caterpillar 18M, 24M Graders, Caterpillar D10T2 & D10 Dozers, Komatsu WA1200-6 Loaders, and others.
  • Ensure compliance with Mine Safety and Inspection Act and Mines Safety Inspection Regulations, including S26 Statutory Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
  1. Effectively lead and support the Electrical & Communication team through planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
  2. Monitor asset electrical integrity and compliance to statutory maintenance & inspection requirements.
  3. Lead by example and foster a culture of safety within the team.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in the operation and maintenance of heavy mining equipment.
  • WA A-grade Electrical Licence.
  • Unrestricted drivers' licence.
  • Proficiency in 1SAP, planning, and work management.
  • Strong safety leadership and safety event management experience.
  • Positive and motivated people leader with a focus on culture and team diversity.
