Job Description:

As a Plant Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our concrete plant in Albany, Western Australia. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that concrete is supplied and delivered in accordance with schedules, while also maximizing fleet utilization, overseeing stock management, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies.

This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will be responsible for managing a team of reports and contractors to achieve business objectives and operational targets. You will also be responsible for managing R&M expenditure, accurate P&L reporting, and implementing preventative maintenance programs.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and suppliers.
