Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Plant Operations Manager to lead our newly upgraded Albany Concrete Plant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing plant operations to achieve business objectives and operational targets.

Key responsibilities include ensuring concrete is supplied and delivered in accordance with schedules, maximising fleet utilisation, overseeing stock management and COD processes, and ensuring the plant operates in full compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies.

This role requires a keen attention to safety, a strong sense of responsibility, and a high-performance leader who fosters teamwork and cooperation.

  • Lead Plant Operations
  • Maintain a Safe System of Work
  • Supervise Reports and Contractors
  • Manage Forecasts, Stock Levels, and KPIs
  • Ensure Compliance with Legislation and Company Policies
  • Manage R&M Expenditure and P&L Reporting
  • Implement Preventative Maintenance
  • Utilise the Concrete Truck Fleet Efficiently
  • Develop and Implement Community Engagement Plans
  • Buid and Maintain Effective Working Relationships
