Care Manager for Residential Respite Services
">About the RoleThis position requires a dedicated and skilled individual with experience in managing residential respite services. The successful candidate will lead a team of carers to deliver high-quality care to clients in our cottage home.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of staff to provide person-centred care to clients
- Collaborate with senior staff to recruit, mentor, and develop staff skills
- Oversee the delivery of care services, ensuring quality and compliance with policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively to improve client outcomes and experiences
- Diploma or Certificate IV in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Clinical registration preferred but not essential
- Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with clients, families, and staff
- Knowledge of aged care policies and procedures
- Experience in managing teams in a residential care setting
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel as required
