Cottage Respite Team Lead

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage a team of skilled professionals in a multi-site environment. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our clients, whilst also mentoring and leading your team to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and services in Dubbo.
- Collaborate with the Head of Clubs and Cottages to recruit, train, and develop staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of life for our clients and their carers, working closely with other teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
In this role, you will work closely with the management team to develop and implement business plans, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the delivery of excellent care services.
What We Are Looking For:- A Certificate IV in Aged Care and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a related industry.
- Clinical registration is preferred but not essential; we can support a non-clinical applicant with internal clinical resources.
- Proven ability to build strong, supportive relationships with clients and colleagues, demonstrating empathy and compassion in all interactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve outstanding results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work and a willingness to travel between sites and services.
