As a key account manager in commercial sales, you will join a high-performing team of professionals based in Melbourne's East and South-East regions. This is an opportunity to enhance your earning potential, grow your market presence, and establish yourself as a key player in the industry.
You will be responsible for managing the sale and lease of commercial properties across Melbourne's East and South-East regions. Your role will involve cultivating and maintaining a robust network of professional relationships, while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
What You'll Need To Succeed- A strong background in commercial real estate either as a Sales & Leasing Executive, Analyst or Property Manager
- A commercially astute and entrepreneurial mindset
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence
- Confidence, drive, and enthusiasm in a client-facing environment
- Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills
- A current Real Estate License
