Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Support Engineer to join our team.

As a Level 2 Support Engineer, you will be responsible for handling escalated issues from Level 1, providing in-depth troubleshooting across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and endpoint management.

You will set up and support user devices, manage system access, resolve complex tickets, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. In this role, you will:

  • Work with experienced engineers to deliver high-quality IT support to clients.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues using advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Set up and support user devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
  • Manage system access and permissions to ensure secure IT operations.
  • Resolve complex tickets and escalate only the most advanced problems to senior engineers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience with M365 and Azure, strong communication skills, and a demonstrated understanding of root cause analysis within a helpdesk role.

Azure, M365, VMware, and Cisco are key technologies required for this role. A driver's license and readily accessible vehicle are also necessary.
