Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Support professional to provide technical assistance to our teams across the business.

The Opportunity:
Full Time - Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week

This is an incredible chance for a skilled IT Support specialist to join our team and work towards monitoring, troubleshooting and maintaining our IT systems, ensuring seamless operations for our colleagues.

You will use your problem-solving skills to overcome challenges, identify solutions and utilise your interpersonal skills to adapt your communication style to suit your audience.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent time management skills and be highly organised.

About This Role
  • Provide technical support to identify and resolve issues.
  • Logging of tasks, problems and questions and their resolution.
  • Complete daily tasks.
  • Manage customer expectations.
  • Configure, build, and deploy infrastructure devices.
  • Liaising with other IT personnel as required.
  • To be involved in ad hoc projects.
  • Troubleshoot system/network problems.
  • Support the roll-out of new applications and updates.
  • Set up new users' accounts and deactivate offboarded users.
Your Qualifications
  • 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with time management skills
  • Proven experience in working autonomously
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop operating Systems
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
