The Information Technology Unit (ITU) is seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to lead strategic management initiatives. This role requires overseeing operational planning, providing insightful analysis, and managing responses to key projects.

This position demands strong collaborative links across the IT Unit and the University, acting on behalf of the CIO on designated matters. You will have the opportunity to develop robust working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement policies, systems, and procedures to drive business performance.

- Establish effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.

- Identify and implement changes to enhance business practices and performance.

- Oversee project management initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
