Our ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a genuine passion for working with primary-aged children. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to lead our OSHC team as Director of Service.

This role offers an incredible opportunity for career progression, with the potential to become a Regional Manager or take on Head Office responsibilities in the future.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • A natural leadership ability with an eye for detail

You will also need to be qualified or studying towards an ACECQA approved qualification, such as a Teaching Degree, Education Support, Children's Services, Early Childhood Education, Sports Science or Youth Work.

  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH SCHOOLS AND PARTNER ON EVENTS AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
  • DELIVER ENRICHING EXPERIENCES FOR PRIMARY-AGED CHILDREN EVERY DAY
  • FOSTER FUN RELATIONSHIPS WITH CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES THAT CONNECT, INSPIRE AND DELIGHT
  • MANAGE AND ROSTER YOUR TEAM OF PASSIONATE EDUCATORS
  • MANAGE COMPLIANCE AND MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION
Service Times:

7:00am - 9:00am & 2:30pm - 6:15pm, Monday to Friday + 9.25 admin hours.
