Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Director of Service to lead our team and deliver remarkable before, after and holiday care programs to children every day. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a fantastic relationship with our school partners, enjoying autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences, fostering fun relationships with children and their families, managing and rostering a team of passionate educators, and ensuring compliance and medical documentation.



Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude, as well as being a natural leader with an eye for detail and a genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children. A qualified or studying towards an ACECQA approved qualification is also essential.
