Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Business Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and transformation, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be able to engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements for CRM, Data, and other non-digital system projects. They will also be able to facilitate and manage workshops of varying sizes in terms of the number of participants as well as a range of topics from training to requirements gathering.

A key responsibility of the role will be to identify and assess security risks and business impacts, and translate business needs into actionable security requirements.

The Transformation Business Strategist will work closely with clients and teams to deliver successful projects, and will require a high level of professionalism, flexibility, and adaptability.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on non-digital projects such as CRM implementations, data migration, data governance, or enterprise systems
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile tools and technologies such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or IIBA Agile Analysis Certification is a plus.
