About the RoleThis multifaceted position requires a highly organised and reliable individual to provide administrative support to the Wealth Advisory department. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing Director's diaries, scheduling meetings, phone calls, and Zoom sessions
- Triage new enquiry calls and website approaches
- Manage Strongbox for WA Division, including storage, document removal, database updates, and electronic filing
- Creating New Opportunities and Opening and Closing Matters
- Preparing agendas, attending meetings, and taking minutes for WA Team and Innovation Committee
- Assisting with corporate actions, property syndicates, and fee consent reporting
- Maintaining supply of printed marketing materials and preparing adviser packs for new clients
To succeed in this role, applicants should possess:
- Diploma or Certificate IV in Business Administration or relevant experience
- Strong technical skills in MS Office, Xplan/Iress, Worksorted, Australian Money Market, and APS
- Attention to detail, high organisational skills, and reliability
