The role of Operations Coordinator is critical to the success of our operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a proactive individual who can proactively manage cases raised through the client portal.
  • Supporting operations teams to achieve consistent quality services across the client base requires strong organisational, time management and project tracking abilities.
  • This role involves providing monthly reports related to all cases raised through the Client Portal.
  • The ideal candidate will intervene when required to make necessary changes to achieve expected service outcomes.
  • Making calls received by the Melbourne office is an essential task for this position.
  • As the primary internal liaison point for coordinating resolution of raised Staff Technical support requests, you will play a key role in maintaining Test & Tag compliance requirements.
  • Ensuring all OH&S and compliance documentation is up-to-date is crucial for this role.
  • This position also involves managing sub-contractor's insurance compliance and following up with sub-contractors to submit updated documents.
  • Lastly, managing client compliance portals and ensuring all required documents are updated is an essential duty.
