Job Title: Client Relations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage customer relationships and drive engagement with our products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of our value proposition, technology trends, and market analysis. They should possess business development skills, sales execution expertise, account management experience, and customer retention knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Foster Strong Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers across various sectors, including not-for-profit, government, corporate, and academic industries.
  • Capture Customer Stories: Collaborate with internal teams to identify and capture customer stories that reflect our value proposition.
  • Contribute to Product Strategy: Contribute as the voice of the customer and participate in strategic initiatives as agreed.
  • Establish Account Plans: Establish and execute account plans, mapping our products across customer environments and planning engagement activities.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary Qualifications: Possess a deep understanding of technology-based product and service teams, including business development, sales execution, and customer retention.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Relevant Experience: Have tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, preferably with experience working in the not-for-profit sector.
