About the Role
As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, fostering strong relationships with clients and driving sales growth in our luxury fashion concession.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client preferences to provide personalized styling services
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs through effective up-selling and cross-selling strategies
- Cultivate a loyal client base by offering tailored advice on wardrobe enhancements and exclusive offers
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation to reflect brand standards and maximize sales potential
- Assist with daily operations including stock management, online orders and loss prevention
- Maintain a positive, inclusive and professional team environment
What You'll Bring:
- A genuine passion for fashion and an eye for style
- Fashion industry knowledge or relevant education to support in-depth styling conversations
- Strong retail experience, preferably in luxury or premium fashion, with a proven track record of achieving sales and service targets
- Excellent communication skills to engage clients across all demographics and build strong relationships
