
Customer Support Liaison

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Support Liaison.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who is proactive, customer-focused, and highly organized.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate service calls to ensure timely attendance by technicians.
Provide technical support and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and webchat.
Manage data in CRM systems to maintain accurate records.
Liaise with service agents to ensure jobs are completed to standard and on time.
Assist with customer complaints and special requests.
Process payments and support re-attends and installations from sales orders.
Communicate key updates and opportunities to the Customer Support Manager.
Requirements:
- Year 12 VCE or equivalent qualification.
- Proven customer service skills.
- A professional and friendly phone manner.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Experience with CRM systems (NetSuite/Salesforce preferred).
