We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Support Liaison.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who is proactive, customer-focused, and highly organized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate service calls to ensure timely attendance by technicians.

  • Provide technical support and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and webchat.

  • Manage data in CRM systems to maintain accurate records.

  • Liaise with service agents to ensure jobs are completed to standard and on time.

  • Assist with customer complaints and special requests.

  • Process payments and support re-attends and installations from sales orders.

  • Communicate key updates and opportunities to the Customer Support Manager.

Requirements:

  • Year 12 VCE or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • A professional and friendly phone manner.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems (NetSuite/Salesforce preferred).
