Office Manager Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to provide exceptional customer service and support our team.
About the Role:
- Customer Service Specialist: Provide friendly and professional customer service to residents, families, and staff.
- Front Desk Coordinator: Manage the front desk, answer calls, and manage emails.
- Facilities Coordinator: Welcome visitors, volunteers, contractors, and support the office team.
- Supply Chain Assistant: Assist with ordering supplies and staff uniforms.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records and paperwork.
- Resident Liaison: Showcase our home to future residents and their families.
The ideal candidate will be a people person with high attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a proactive attitude. Previous experience in a reception/administration position is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff
- Maintain accurate records and paperwork
- Assist with ordering supplies and staff uniforms
