Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Junior Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an essential member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our team.

  • You will liaise with clients, technicians, and subcontractors to deliver outstanding customer service and support.
  • Your tasks will include general administration duties such as answering phones, ordering office supplies, and managing daily emails via Microsoft Outlook.
  • Additionally, you will assist with scheduling labor for technicians and subcontractors, and update and manage multiple company and client portals.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Excellent written, verbal, and numerical skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office package.
  • Experience in the trade industry is an advantage but not essential.
