Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience leading credit functions (credit risk, collections, vulnerable customer management).

• Strong analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and reports.

• Experience managing vendors/third parties and driving credit transformation activities.

• Energy industry experience and understanding of the complex regulatory landscape.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to solve complex problems.
