Senior Administrative Coordinator for ICT Infrastructure

This role provides high-level administrative and executive support to senior executive officers and their respective teams.
- Key requirements include:
- Executive Assistant Experience or Relevant Skills: The ideal candidate will possess strong executive assistant experience or relevant skills to excel in the position.
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills are required to interact positively with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Approachability and Relationship Building: Approachability and the ability to build and sustain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders are essential.
- Organisational Skills: High organisational skills are necessary to manage multiple diaries and prioritise tasks under competing demands.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive information with tact and discretion, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to the APS Code of Conduct and Values.
Collaboration across the Branch and Division is crucial to achieve outcomes. The team provides high-quality advice and support to enable the Assistant Secretary and branch leadership team to deliver the ICT Infrastructure that supports Defence capability.
