Job Overview

The ICT Operations Manager position involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our ICT infrastructure, including network, security and system administration teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
  • Oversee server infrastructure management to guarantee data security and availability.
  • Develop and implement robust backup systems for critical data.
  • Maintain compliance with ACSC Essential 8 and DISP standards.
  • Collect and analyze statistical data on infrastructure performance.
  • Lead and support a team of systems administrators, network engineers and security specialists to deliver exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and experience working in hybrid ICT environments.

A bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or business is required, along with relevant certifications such as ITIL and Service Management qualifications. Substantial leadership, mentoring and supervisory experience is highly desirable.

This role requires Australian citizenship and eligibility to obtain appropriate security clearances.
