Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ICT Infrastructure Specialist to design, manage and maintain robust internet gateway and data centre networking environments that support critical government services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, evaluate and implement infrastructure requirements to meet future demand.
  • Provide expert technical support for project build, test and deployment activities.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design and implementation plans.
  • Advise senior executives on strategic ICT matters.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers, sharing expertise and knowledge.
  • Research emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption.
  • Engage with other agencies to enhance service delivery.
  • Oversee maintenance of patches, support packages and network administration.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, managing and maintaining complex ICT infrastructure environments. They will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

They will also have the ability to adapt to changing priorities, think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
