Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Technology Infrastructure Professional to spearhead the design, development and management of cutting-edge ICT systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert technical guidance on the implementation and maintenance of ICT platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure robust security measures, and contributing to the development of comprehensive documentation such as technical specifications, implementation plans and standard operating procedures.

This strategic role encompasses a broad scope of responsibilities focused on the planning, execution and ongoing management of ICT infrastructure to meet evolving business demands. It involves evaluating and implementing innovative solutions that support high availability, disaster recovery and secure network operations.

A key aspect of the role is the preparation and maintenance of detailed technical documentation, including design blueprints, implementation protocols and test cases. The professional in this position will also contribute to the development of ICT strategies, policies and change initiatives, participating in change management processes and communicating configuration changes across the organisation.

As a subject matter expert, the successful candidate will be expected to provide strategic technical advice to senior executives, mentor less experienced colleagues and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Operationally, the role manages critical infrastructure components, including backup systems, patching routines and gateway network kits, ensuring systems remain secure, updated and optimally configured.

Key Responsibilities
