Work Health Safety And Wellbeing Team Lead

This position is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team of Work Health Safety and Wellbeing Advisors, Service Delivery Managers, and Senior Business Partners in contributing to exceptional client outcomes.
About the Role:- Lead a team to manage and implement CPA's Work Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Program across NSW and ACT.
- Develop and promote wellness initiatives based on data and risk.
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager Work Health Safety & Wellbeing to develop Work Health Safety & Wellbeing priorities for the team.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Work Health Safety & Wellbeing team to ensure compliance within policy, guidelines, and legislation.
- Monitor frontline managers' reporting and documentation of incidents to ensure completion within agreed timelines.
- Develop resources and tools for managers to support physical and psychological health approaches.
- Demonstrated experience in a Work Health Safety role, with at least 3-5 years of experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Stakeholder management experience.
