**About the Role**
The role of Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager is integral to our organisation's overall success.
This position provides leadership and management of our health safety and wellbeing team, ensuring exceptional standards are delivered across the state.
You will be an experienced people leader with a comprehensive understanding of work health safety, injury management, wellbeing legislation and best practice methodologies.
With extensive industry background, you will effectively establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and stay up-to-date with legislative and policy changes.
As an experienced manager, you will lead a positive workplace culture that promotes respect, wellbeing, diversity and cultural safety.
Superior time and project management skills are essential to provide professional support for high quality and consistent services and health safety, wellbeing and injury management in roles across large states including regional areas.
We may use this recruitment to create a talent pool for similar ongoing or temporary vacancies we have over the next 18 months.

**Essential Requirements**
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Workplace Health and Safety or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of five years' management experience is considered essential to the role.
- Willingness to travel into regional areas within NSW may be required in this role.
- Be willing to do a Criminal Record Check and all other compliance-related activities.
- Hold Australian or NZ citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency (for ongoing vacancies) or a valid visa to work in Australia (for temporary vacancies).
- Have a valid Driver's Licence to drive in NSW.
