We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to spearhead financial operations, administration, and strategy within a global organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounting & Tax Compliance: Manage full-cycle accounting, including general ledger management and journal entries. Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Maintain bank reconciliations and oversee cash management activities. Monitor expense tracking and ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and local tax regulations. Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns (GST, VAT, corporate tax).
  • Collaborate with auditors and tax advisors to facilitate audits and tax filings.
Administrative Support
  • Manage financial documentation, contracts, and records in compliance with regulatory standards. Assist with invoice generation and follow-ups for accounts receivable.
  • Support payroll processing by coordinating payroll data and ensuring tax compliance. Facilitate vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring accurate payment processing.
  • Coordinate with external service providers for smooth operations.
Financial Planning And Strategy
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Provide insights on cash flow analysis and liquidity management.
  • Offer expertise on cost optimization and operational efficiency.
Controlling & Cost Management
  • Develop cost control measures and financial transparency initiatives. Conduct variance analysis and financial performance monitoring.
  • Participate in process automation and system optimization for efficiency improvements.
