Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in financial reporting, analysis, and compliance within the hospitality or service industry. Excellent knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control frameworks is essential.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards and regulations.
- Conduct variance and performance analysis, providing actionable insights to support business objectives.
- Manage internal controls, audits, and statutory compliance, including tax filings and adherence to hotel-specific legal requirements.
- Monitor and optimize cash flow, treasury activities, and working capital through effective management of receivables, payables, and vendor relationships.
Requirements:
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency in financial systems, reporting tools, and MS Excel, with keen attention to detail and data integrity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and support senior management decisions.
