Culture and Engagement Professional - Melbourne, Perth, Sydney

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a Culture and Engagement Professional to join our People and Culture team in Melbourne, Perth, or Sydney.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, delivery, and evaluation of employee engagement programs.
  • They will also partner with stakeholders to cascade results, analyse sentiment, and drive action planning.
  • This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and making a meaningful impact.

About You:

  • You have a passion for culture and engagement, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide culture and engagement programs.
  • You possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and a growth mindset with experience in coaching and mentoring others.
  • Familiarity with HR technologies and survey platforms (e.g. Qualtrics, Peakon, CultureAmp) is highly desirable.
