The Role

As a Culture and Engagement Specialist, you'll drive organisational culture and employee engagement initiatives across Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney. You'll lead the development and execution of an enterprise-wide survey program, partner with senior stakeholders to embed engagement strategies, and support the implementation of new listening tools.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Survey Programme Lead: Design, deliver, and evaluate the employee survey programme.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with stakeholders to cascade results, analyse sentiment, and drive action planning.
  • Listening Platform Support: Assist in implementing a new organisational listening platform.
  • Culture Initiatives: Develop and execute engaging culture initiatives that bring our values to life.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships and procurement processes for listening tools.
  • Insight Provision: Provide strategic insights and reporting to senior leaders, regulators, and monitors.
  • Data-Driven Programmes: Contribute to the development of culture, learning, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programmes through data-driven input.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory commitments.
About You

This role is ideal for a strategic professional with expertise in culture and engagement. You're a collaborative influencer who can drive change at all levels and brings a continuous improvement mindset to everything you do.

  • Programme Delivery Experience: Proven track record of delivering large-scale culture and engagement programmes.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Leadership Development: Strong growth mindset with experience in coaching and mentoring others.
  • HR Technology Familiarity: Familiarity with HR technologies and survey platforms (e.g. Qualtrics, Peakon, CultureAmp).
  • Educational Background: A degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
