Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our culture and engagement initiatives across multiple brands. As the key business partner, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and dynamic workplace culture that drives high performance and employee satisfaction.

About the Role:

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and developing strategies to cultivate a high-performing culture. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Culture Development: Lead the development and implementation of culture-building initiatives, including employee recognition programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and events.
  • Talent Acquisition: Partner with stakeholders to promote employer branding and attract top talent through effective recruitment strategies.
  • Onboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, providing essential resources and information to support their success.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement processes to monitor, evaluate, and recognize employee performance.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees on employment-related matters.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in HR management, preferably in retail.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, strategy, and legalities.
  • Australian Employment Law understanding and exposure.
