The role requires leading the design, delivery, and evaluation of the employee survey program. You will also partner with stakeholders to cascade results, analyse sentiment, and drive action planning.
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to drive organisational performance.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to embed engagement initiatives and support the implementation of new organisational listening tools.
- Design and deliver initiatives to support the embedding of the organisation's culture.
About You
This role is ideal for a strategic and data-savvy professional with a passion for culture and engagement. You're a natural collaborator who can influence at all levels and bring a continuous improvement mindset to everything you do.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-wide culture and engagement programs.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
