We are currently seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking professional to fill a Manager of Culture and Engagement role within our organisation.
About the Role- This is an excellent opportunity for someone to shape the future of our culture by creating a work environment that encourages employee connection, satisfaction, and belonging.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for building, refreshing, and leading engagement and culture frameworks that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
- This includes developing and delivering initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture, promote employee engagement, and drive business results.
- You will need to possess a driven and motivated approach combined with patience and empathy.
- Experience in employee engagement, organisational culture, or People & Culture roles is essential, with a proven track record of delivering successful people initiatives.
- You should have the ability to balance refreshing existing programs with designing innovative new ones.
This is a mid-senior level position that offers the opportunity to make a visible impact by delivering initiatives that matter to our employees, while developing your own experience in a highly influential role.
