Job Description

The Assistant Retail Manager will be part of the leadership team of our first ever boutique team in our new store. Key responsibilities include overseeing the sales floor or production room, creating enticing displays, coaching team members on customer service, and welcoming and training new team members.

This role requires someone with a mix of experience managing teams in fast-paced environments, an eye for fashion, and passion for secondhand shopping. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, coaching and leadership skills, and be eager to learn and adapt.

Key Responsibilities:
