Job Title: Senior Retail Executive

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the growth and success of our retail network. As Senior Retail Executive, you will be responsible for executing our national retail strategy, driving sales and operational excellence across 40+ stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of our retail strategy, driving growth and delivering on ambitious sales and operational targets.
  • Oversee 43+ stores, ensuring flawless execution across sales, service, visual merchandising, stock, and store presentation.
  • Inspire, coach, and develop store and area managers, building high-performing, values-driven teams.
  • Manage end-to-end store openings from staffing and training to operational readiness.
  • Drive operational excellence: inventory control, rostering, OH&S compliance, customer service standards, and shrinkage management.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, with a clear focus on customer experience.
  • Partner with Commercial teams to deliver accurate forecasts, budgets, and reporting.
  • Implement training frameworks, incentive programs, and recognition initiatives that bring out the best in your people.

As a results-driven retail leader, you will have 5-10 years' experience in State or National Retail Management, a proven track record of driving sales and operational excellence, strong leadership skills, analytical and commercially savvy abilities, and a 'make it happen' attitude.
