Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Handle mail distribution and coordinate courier services.
  • Maintain a clean and organised front desk and reception area.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within the retail industry, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic administrative tools is also essential.

As a customer-focused individual, you will be proactive in resolving issues, provide solutions to customer queries, and maintain accurate records and databases. You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to the overall success of the business.
