Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate student support and evaluation activities for fieldwork placements.
- Organize student information sessions and orientation presentations to ensure liaison services meet compliance standards.
- Manage placement records and assess student performance to identify and address any placement issues promptly.
- Comply with organizational policies and contribute to team meetings and professional development initiatives.
About You:
- You hold a Post Graduate Degree or higher in community work, social welfare, human services, Psychology or related fields, with at least three years of relevant industry experience.
- You are committed to ongoing professional development with at least 20 hours annually.
- You demonstrate leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You are proficient in data entry, database management, and online learning platforms, with strong report writing skills.
- You have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently under minimal supervision.
