Production Estimation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Production Estimator to fill a key role in our residential construction projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality estimates that meet our cost planning objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create accurate and competitive estimates for residential builds, taking into account current market conditions and internal benchmarks.
  • Analyze plans, specifications, and briefs to assess quantities and pricing, ensuring that all relevant factors are considered.
  • Maintain BOQs and material take-offs using industry-leading software, such as Databuild.
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to source up-to-date pricing and stay informed about the latest market developments.
  • Evaluate pricing options and make recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring that our costs are aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain internal pricing libraries and improve estimating systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

About You:

  • You have previous experience in a production estimation role within volume residential construction.
  • You possess expertise in estimating software (Databuild) and have a solid understanding of construction processes and materials.
  • You are a team-focused individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • You have a passion for accuracy and a proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and deliver results.
