About This Role:

We are seeking a skilled Cost Planning Manager to lead our South Australia and Western Australian teams.

This is a hands-on role that will see you managing a team of cost planners and estimators, guiding the delivery of cost planning procedures and processes, and ensuring compliance and alignment with organisational objectives.

  • Manage a team of Cost Planners and Estimators
  • Oversee the preparation of project cost plans and estimates
  • Establish best practice cost benchmarking and analyse information to determine trends within projects and across the industry

To be successful, you will need:

  • Relevant University qualifications in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
  • Building and Construction industry experience, with experience creating cost plans for large-scale commercial construction projects
  • Experience leading a team, driving high quality outcomes, ensuring timelines are met, and managing multiple stakeholders with competing demands
  • Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools
