Residential Construction Project Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of construction projects across multiple sites. The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in residential construction project management, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will be able to manage and coordinate teams, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Effective planning, coordination, and tracking of construction jobs
- Managing and coordinating call ups, trade allocations, and site deliveries
- Oversight of on-site work to ensure timely completion and quality standards
- Management of costs to achieve costing targets
- Cooperation with the Building Support Coordination Team to ensure customer satisfaction
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in a construction site management or project management role in the housing and construction industry
- A Building Contractors License or minimum Building Supervisors licence (class 1 and 2 up to 3 storeys)
- Knowledge and application of National Construction and Australian Standards codes
- Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to meet deadlines and budget
- Ability to communicate with diverse range of people and build positive relationships
