About the Role We are seeking a Senior Operational Director to lead and drive our operational performance across a high performing team of over 60 individuals.

This is a highly varied, fast-paced, and reactive role, well-suited to an experienced operational leader who thrives on challenge, autonomy, and daily decision-making.

You'll play a central role in not only managing day-to-day operations but also driving revenue growth and supporting the strategic expansion of our business.

You'll have the freedom to identify and implement scalable solutions, improve commercial outcomes, and strengthen our operational foundation as we continue to grow.


Responsibilities Operational Leadership:

Own and manage daily operations across eight departments, including a mix of full-time staff, contractors, and offshore support teams.


Team Management:

Directly manage two middle managers while influencing and supporting a broader team of over 60 individuals as well as external suppliers.


Process & Systems Oversight:

Contribute to company-wide initiatives such as workflow automation and the AI project to scale client-property matching efficiency.


Commercial Decision Making:
Make agile, customer-centric decisions regarding fees and engagement contracts.

Project Delivery:
Oversee ongoing projects including onboarding standardisation and tech integrations; drive improvements in efficiency and client experience.

Revenue Monitoring:

Track deal flow management across 50–65 property transactions monthly, representing property values in excess of $100M each month.


Growth & Expansion:

Partner with leadership to drive revenue growth and business expansion, identifying new operational efficiencies and scaling opportunities.


Financial Oversight:
Oversee contractor commissions and supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely approval for
