Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coaching and mentoring Team Leaders, conducting performance evaluations, and providing recommendations for employee development.
  • Planning and coordinating production activities to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Managing rostering, scheduling, and payroll activities efficiently.
  • Maintaining compliance with quality policies, safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Providing accurate and timely reports on production performance, inventory, and other key metrics.

About You:

  • 3+ years' experience in a complex manufacturing environment, preferably within the bakery/FMCG/food/pharma industries.
  • A proven track record of leading medium to large teams, combined with the ability to enhance employee engagement and drive top performance.
