We are seeking a seasoned operational leader to drive growth and expansion in our dynamic organization.

This is a highly varied, fast-paced, and reactive role that requires a strategic mindset and strong commercial acumen.

You will have the freedom to identify and implement scalable solutions, improve commercial outcomes, and strengthen our operational foundation as we continue to grow.

About the Role
  • Operational Leadership: Own and manage daily operations across multiple departments, including a mix of full-time staff, contractors, and offshore support teams.
  • Team Management: Directly manage middle managers while influencing and supporting a broader team of individuals as well as external suppliers.
  • Process & Systems Oversight: Contribute to company-wide initiatives such as CRM implementation and workflow automation.
  • Commercial Decision Making: Make agile decisions regarding fees and client engagement contracts.
  • Project Delivery: Oversee ongoing projects, drive improvements in efficiency and client experience, and track deal flow management.
  • Growth & Expansion: Partner with leadership to drive revenue growth and business expansion, identifying new operational efficiencies and scaling opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in Financial Services or a related field with exposure to property investment or real estate.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA or postgraduate qualifications desirable).
Required Skills
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills – self-directed, hands-on, collaborative, and capable of driving sales productivity, service excellence, and client satisfaction.
  • Proven experience in a senior operations leadership role with strong operational, sales, and team management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling services-based businesses, with a strategic, commercial mindset and strong financial acumen.
