Customer Success Professional

The Customer Success Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring customers achieve success with ELMO products. The primary objective is to guide customers to deliver value, foster growth, enhance satisfaction, and drive renewals and retention, thereby supporting business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong professional relationships with the Account Management Team, ensuring alignment on portfolio management and objectives.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels and focus on achieving high retention of contract value.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Team to support marketing initiatives as required.
  • Work cohesively within the Customer Success Team, fostering collaboration, teamwork, and shared goals.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key customers, ensuring ongoing success and value.
  • Strengthen knowledge and expertise across different ELMO modules to act as a Subject Matter Expert.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and escalate where necessary.
  • Provide answers and solutions to system queries and/or customer requirements during meetings or offline.
  • Translate customer needs into technical applications and solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with releases and enhancements and convey their impact to customers.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate qualification (HR, Business, Systems, IT disciplines preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Client/Professional Services, Customer Success or Solutions/Human Resources.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with Payroll, Rostering, and Time & Attendance SaaS systems is required, with a preference for candidates with KeyPay experience.
  • Previous experience with other HR/Talent Management technology desired.
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to suit a wide range of people and contexts.
  • Ability to quickly learn and grasp technical concepts within a platform.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once while paying attention to detail.
  • Experience in reporting, analytics, and writing documentation.
